Refund policy
Returns
We want you to enjoy your BEVVO experience to the fullest so you have 30 days to be sure that no defects exist. If you have any issues during this 30 day period, contact us at support@mybevvo.com and we will help correct the situation. To complete your return, we will require proof of purchase and may ask you for additional information to better understand.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and, once approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@mybevvo.com.
Exchanges (if applicable)
If you are past your 30 day return period and are having issues with your BEVVO portable blender, contact us at support@mybevvo.com and we will help rectify the situation. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Shipping
You will be responsible for your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we are not responsible for any items not received due to being lost in transit.
