Mangonana Mania Smoothie

Feeling something fresh, light and perfectly tropical? Mangos are the answer. They add that delicate sweetness that can transport you to a beach on a hot summer day with every sip.

  1. Add 1/2 cup of coconut milk (or your favorite smoothie liquid).

  2. Add 1/2 a banana and a 1/2 cup of frozen mango chunks.

  3. Blend for a single 40-second cycle or until desire consistency.

  4. Spoon in a tablespoon of hemp seeds and stir.

  5. Enjoy :)
