A subtle green twist on a staple smoothie duo. When it comes to smoothies, strawberry and banana are a perfect pair so we've elevated it a little to help you power through your day.
- Add 1/2 cup of oat milk (or your favorite smoothie liquid).
- Add 1/2 a banana and a 1/4 cup of strawberries, fresh or frozen.
- Top with shredded kale.
- Blend for a single 40-second cycle or until your desired consistency.
- Spoon in some hemp and chia seeds and stir.
