Looking for a hit of summer berry freshness? We got you. Try this recipe when you're sipping poolside, at a picnic or at the beach to keep cool.
- Add 1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk (or your favorite smoothie liquid).
- Add 1/4 cup of blueberries, 1/4 cup of raspberries and 1/4 cup of blackberries. They can be fresh or frozen, however you prefer yours.
- Add in a couple of mint leaves for an added layer of fresh.
- Blend for a single 40-second cycle or until desired consistency.
